Rattle's Young Poets Antholoy Accepting Poems
Rattle, one of the best small poetry journals, imho, has put out the call for their 2016 poetry anthology Rattle Young Poets Anthology.
There’s not a bad poet in first grade. None of them are anything but fresh and original … they don’t know how to avoid being original.
—Sharon Olds, from Rattle #17
Guidelines are here. Deadline is June 15, 2015.
In the original 1998 Rattle issue "Tribute to Children," CPITS teacher Perie J. Longo contributed an essay on the relationship between children and poetry.
